Here are just a few of our success stories that we will share with you.  The names have been changed, however the numbers haven't.  These are examples of what Ameri Kids can do for you.

    Melinda was owed 36 months of child support for 4 children. If she had kept her case with the state, at best she would have collected $20,362.31. Amerikids was able to add interest and sent her a total of $25,230.97 over 4 years.

    Through our collection efforts we were able to provide Melinda with a steady and reliable source of much needed income. Even when the non-custodial changed his employment, there was only a month gap in receiving payments.

    Rose was owed child support for two children, and the youngest child was 28 years old. Child support owed was only $200/month, but the non-custodial parent never paid. In the 18 years the state had the case while the children were being raised, they were never able to recover even one payment.

    Once Amerikids got this case we started searching for him and through our investigation found out he owned a home in California that had no mortgage on it. Although the non-custodial parent made every effort to delay the legal process, we were able to obtain a judgment for the arrearages plus interest.

    With this judgment in hand, and working with an attorney, we began proceedings to force the sale of his house in order to get the payment. The non-custodial agreed to take a loan against his home and made arrangements to settle the account in full.

    When the Rose contracted with Amerikids she was owed $42,400 in child support arrearages. With the interest that we were able to add, and after the recovery fee had been deducted, the custodial parent was sent her first and only child support payment for the amount of $72,774.17 !!

    Lilly received very sporadic payments from the non-custodial parent before Amerikids took over. This case has since been paid in full. According to our payment record interest was charged at a rate of 12% and backdated to the first month a payment was not received. Lilly received payments totaling $15,785 after our commission fee was deducted. If this same case would have remained with the state, Lilly would have received a check for $750 as the payoff amount. In other words, even after Amerikids has taken our commission, the client still received $15,000 more than if they would have if they remained with the state. 99% of Amerikids clients received ALL of their child support plus some of the interest even after we receive our recovery fee. In turn, our clients actually receive MORE than if the state was collecting their support.
